2016 is “gay marriage” inevitable? [12]

A friend has written:

“For nothing is going to stop gay marriage becoming a reality in Australia eventually, regardless of who you vote for. It’s a “Heads I win/Tails you lose” matter. Sorry to say it, but it’s true.”

By saying that a plebiscite on same-sex marriage would be a “taxpayer-funded platform for homophobia”, Bill Shorten has clearly implied that anyone who supports traditional marriage is “homophobic”.

Wow! That sure is an impediment to freedom of expression at election time – or plebiscite time. We are judged already and found guilty. And if we continue to say it and continue to teach it, then we will be subject to charges of hatred and discrimination and eventually to fines and re-education classes.

That is a downer on democratic expression and democratic rule. We will be silenced. Can it be the end of Western democracy?

Can we push this back?

Not while Bill Shorten is leader of Labor.

So let’s get rid of him. Let’s give him such a shock this election that he will no longer be leader of Labor. Let’s vote him out and pray him out.

Am I dreaming? My common sense says so.

“Dear Lord God of the hosts of the angel armies, may Your Truth be evident in our land. May You restore this nation to be a nation of righteousness, that upholds the truths on which this nation was founded and honours You as Lord of all.”

It may be that fighting against same-sex marriage is a no-brainer, but homosexual marriage is itself a no-brainer.

How can penis-in-rectum sex be honoured? Yes, let them do what they like and call it what they like but it is not marriage.

The emperor has no clothes.

Bill Shorten has lost any credibility to be a PM of honour. He does not deserve our support.

Remember Psalm 75 http://www.chooselifeaustralia.org.au/life/2016-a-year-of-decision-that-will-shape-our-future-2-and-psalm-75/

“I warned the proud, ‘Stop your boasting!’
I told the wicked, ‘Don’t raise your fists!
Don’t raise your fists in defiance at the heavens
or speak with such arrogance.’”
For no one on earth—from east or west,
or even from the wilderness—
should raise a defiant fist.[a]
It is God alone who judges;
he decides who will rise and who will fall.
